Vinayak “Vin” Lalwani, CEP

Principal – Cost Management

Vin is the Cost Management Principal with more than 10 years of experience in all the disciplines of construction. He is responsible for setting up and maintaining the company’s technical standards & processes, QA/QC process implementation, and oversees the business development tasks on a day-to-day basis. He brings his expertise in detailed cost estimates at all phases of design, along with other proficiencies within cost management, such as Value Engineering, Cost Controls, Change Management, Negotiations & Contracts compliance.

Before joining IN10, Vin was fortunate to work on over 300 projects in various market sectors. Some of VIN’s key projects are Spring Branch ISD CTE Facilities Assessment & Bond Planning, 2 New Satellite Buildings at O’Hare International Airport, and University of Houston College of Medicine.

His continuous development of construction data analytics and technology updates has been vital for project success. Vin likes the challenges of accurate cost estimating and has helped numerous firms enhance their cost estimating processes, implement quality control standards, and created and maintained cost tracking databases. Vin is an active member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) and holds a Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) Certification. In his free time, Vin is an avid runner and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter.

Shabeeb Abdul Khader

Principal – Project & Technology Management

Shabeeb is a hands-on manager who oversees the day-to-day operation of the business. Keeping his background and interests, he closely manages the project planning and technology disciplines. His professional experience includes having designed and coordinated multiple residential, institutional and hospitality projects as an architect, as well as, providing cost estimating and scheduling services. Prior to that, Shabeeb worked as Project engineer on site, bringing in an extensive set of experience and understanding of construction.

Some of his notable projects include Estimating services for the Fire Department in the City of Pasadena, El-Paso ISD Administrative Office, Tomball ISD, and New Hope Housing; Scheduling services for Choice Moore Design, Solar and Wind; Design and BIM services for PrimeIV Dallas and Le Grande Hotel.

Shabeeb is fascinated about integrating construction and technology. He has continually adapted new software and technology during pre-construction that enables a better understanding of the construction process. Outside of the office, Shabeeb enjoys photography and traveling.
